The Westin Buckhead Atlanta

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me. The staff were very courteous and professional going that extra mile to make my stay awesome.

The property was in a prime location! we literally walked to the Lenox mall! The bar inside of the hotel (which I believe belongs to the inside restaurant) gave amazing customer service!

The Valet Team there are wonderful and helpful, during my stay in Atlanta I used Lyft. Me being so quick I forgot to check the license plate on the car when I was getting in, the valet guy said in the most geniun way " don't forget to check the plate". That made me feel like they actually care about my safety and well being. They were all very helpful and funny during my stay but that really stood out for me. There was also a very nice young man at the hosted desk for The Palm as well as a very great baretender (young women). I am not good with names at all but they made my stay great!

This was “the” best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. The front desk staff was the best. I wish I could remember the guys name. The location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location was perfect. The City View was perfect. The staff, the atmosphere, and cleanliness was superb. The valet staff was phenomenal in giving instructions on where to go and what to do. House keeping was painless and easy. The complimentary lady items came in handy as well.
